Hearing # 1

This is my 1st experience in my life going to court .... Today Gan Chuan Kiat V.S RMIT Village on room 5.8 .... Hehe.. When see tiok the name list quite exciting.. Cause its like finally get to exp whats its like in a real court. The case is about me getting my bond of $600 back... I am accomplied by a sort of like lawyer ( from tenance union) there... Which makes me feel more cool... Cause the lawyer is taking all my file and papers inside.. We went inside the room and waited.... Unfortunately my opposite didnt show up.... Than the judge came in... We all stand up and greet him and i need to say a swear or orth and there is a bible in front of me... GUess means i need swear to god i think... Forget name .... Not quite remember whats the content liao but is smt like that:

In the name of almighty god, I swear that the evidence i will presented to the case is the truth and only the whole right truth...


Haha... Really forget liao... I only can remember the meaning..I write till so lame now... After i say all those the judge began to ask me some question... My lawyer helped me to ans some ques and some i needed to ans myself... Quite nervous cause my eng aslo not so good... Haha... But eventually the case is over and I got an order from VCAT saying that i am entitled the bond... Hehe... SO happy!!!! But not so fast end... The landlord has 14 days to make an request again... ANd there is still many problem not solve like the least break thing.... So probely i will be called to hearing 2 and hearing 3 .... Haha... BUt quite an experience.... Nice 1 ...

GO Shopping!!

QUite boring these few days... Been watching gossip girls addicted to it and doing nothing all day.. Plus Alvin go out with his family these few days.. Left me here .... So finally decide go shopping .... Can say 1st time go shopping since i come.. Cause i aslo not really into shopping 1 ... Haha.. Go to DFO ( direct factory outlet ) Heard there got sale now... DFO inside got many many shops 1... Yuan lai all shops on sale now... Is called wad spring sale ha... Most is 70% la..

This 1 is most song 1... Whole shop 50% off.. SO many ppl i tell u ... The ppl line till shop outside 1... Haha... I buy 1 jean inside .... FOr only 40$... Comapare to malaysia... Levi Jean neeed 200 plus plus rm le.... Cheap le... I ben lai want buy 2 one ... But save save 1st la...

Buy liao the shop say cant cut for me ... So i plan dun cut 1st... Cause u know i will grow till 180 smt... Maybe come bek kch that cut la... Haha...

Than i go try on some jackets... Trying to find the 1 yai intro me 1... Semi formal casual jacket... BUt u know the price super exp... NO sale yet cause thats new stock.. I think i will wait till christmas thn buy.. Haha... MAybe got big boom day..

Still got hoodie 1... PLus very nice for casual and formal parties... BUt unfortunately the price is 299$... Haha... Next time i guess..

I still go try out some other jackets... But all so so big size... Left XL or L ... haha... This 1 cheaper ... 129 $ plus...

Found a shop selling cool shoes... MBT brand.. They say that u wear the shoe will like auto exercise 1.. Cause the shoe bottom part is like a round shape which train ur muscle in ur legs and helps to straighted ur walking posture...

Quite unique hoh.. Haha... Still got many type lazy take photo.... HAha...

AFter that i left.... I found some artist drawing on the street...

Today so tiam... Morning go class till 3 liao ... Than 3 start working till 10 plus plus.... SOoooooooooooooooooooooooo tired.. Haha... 1st day working at famouse emos after training... Hahaha.. Make some silly mistake .... Haha.... Very scary when i ppl go storage get things.... SO spooky.. Haha.. But very song is u can eat all the cookies u want and drink any coffee.. Haha.. But me on diet now... SO kek kin my stomach... Eat some some only.. NO take pics yeet... Cause 1st day.. paiseh... BUt conclude not bad la... Can learn a lot of thing too.. Hehe..

RMIT staffs on strike

Today when i ride to school , our school de every entrance got block my staff... MAny teachers n staffs on strike demand that the RMIT oraganization did not give them job secure , say no expand the school , no extra money bla bla bla.. Haha... Many students help them up too... Heng my course lectures are all good 1... SO i no miss out any lectures.. Plus so soi they choose today to on strike... Cause this week is international student week... N today is international food festival... GOt free kebab , bbq , hot corn , pancake , sweets and many more... SO i chap siao all of them... GO inside and eat... Still got staff ask me ... U want those freee food or want a better study life for u next 3 to 10 years... SO wu liao i think them... Haizz... So childish kok.. Haha... I ben lai want take pics de... But so soi camera no battery.. Hehehe.. SO no pics today..

Bibile COnference

These 3 days go to bible conference... Cant belive i will go too rite... Haha... 30$ ar.... Include 2 meals la... Its so far away... At deakin university... NEed to take tram about 40 mins than can reach ar... Haha.... Took some pics of deakin uni....

This is the main pastor talking... Pastor Brenden... He is a famouse 1..... He talks in many places like in africa , pakistan and many more... Funny person.... Teaches many things in the bible conference... Many times of the classes i just draw my book and think other things... Haha.. Slacky ar me..I still got some of my own thinking and i cant accpet some of the things they say too.. Haha... I am still consider a free thinker with a beliving of god or whatever it is call....

Super hot day!!!!!

Walaueh!! TOday really like hell.... Super super hot.... But weather broadcast say its 19 celcius today.... I think for here de dryness... 19 celcius already can count super super hot.... Even now the nighttime aslo super super hot and " hip" ....I ask my housemates .... They say even summer de night time is cooler.... How can i survive tonight!!!! Plan to sleep downstair de living room... BO bian... Haha... I even bath cold cold water... COme out liao still so hot..... Spring only man!!! Hahaha.....

Bio zhe 1 pretty ang mo girl... i want start ask her cut liao... thn i china man come ... and ask me to sit down... and he keh kiang.. help me cut ki.... so sien.. haha....
